Returns & Refunds Policy

At GAVMIRO, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and in original condition.

• Include original packaging and accessories.

• Include proof of purchase.

• Be free from customer-caused damage.

Items returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Customer Support.

2. Receive return authorization.

3. Ship the approved return.

4. Product inspection.

5. Refund or replacement processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
